A game for his total punishment. The number of rounds should be determined by the draw of a playing card; aces low and pictures are 10. If a joker is drawn, all punishments are doubled.

For an extra twist, a coin toss could be had at the end of the game to determine if the whole game is to be repeated immediately (no matter how sore or sated the recipient is feeling).

The Mistress/Dom has the right to improvise. As an example, clamps could be left in place throughout the next dice throw.
